Two Conferences in 1929 and in 2008

The First Provincial Self-Respect Conference commenced
on 17th February, 1929, at Chingleput, at the Nair
Mansion in Panagal Bagh.
The Hon. Dr. P. Subbarayan, Chief Minister, opened the Conference. Mr. W.P.A, Saundarya pandya Nadar, M.L.C., was the President. Rao Bahadur M.K. Reddi, the President of the Chingleput District Board, was the Chairman of the Reception Committee. Mr. P.T. Rajan, M.L.C., unfurled the flag. The Hon. Mr. S. Muthiah Mudaliar opened the Agricultural Exhibition.

found a miniature version of our own solar system 5000
light years across the galaxy - the first planetary system that really looks like our own, with outer giant planets and room for smaller inner planets.
